PrepLabel is part of MiniTools, a set of free single-purpose web tools. It makes FNSKU unit labels, converts Seller Central label PDFs to thermal sizes, and prints the prep labels that FBA shipments need: suffocation warnings, sold-as-set stickers, expiration dates and bin locations.
Why we built it
With Amazon's US label service and commingling gone in 2026, most resellers now label every unit themselves. The free option, Seller Central's own label PDFs, is laid out for sheets and doesn't fit thermal rolls well, while dedicated label apps usually need an account and a subscription. PrepLabel fills that gap with a tool that works on first use, prints sharp barcodes and costs nothing.
How it works
Everything happens in your browser. Labels are built as vector PDFs on your device, Seller Central PDFs are read locally, and your product lists, libraries and print log are stored in this browser only. There are no accounts and no uploads.
Accuracy and independence
We test that every barcode PrepLabel makes decodes correctly, but you should still test-scan a label before labeling a shipment. PrepLabel is not affiliated with Amazon. Labeling rules change, so treat our guides as general information and confirm current requirements in Seller Central.
